Our Roots

It all started with a gift. In 2009, Three Bears Winery owner Michael Freed, was given a home winemaking kit. It wasn't long before that hobby became a passion and that passion became a potential business. He wanted to build a lasting legacy and something he could eventually pass down to his two sons. Three Bears Winery has evolved a lot since 2009, but a few things have remained constant: a commitment to community, a love for family, and a passion for making really great wine.
